Hair Obsession

My hair has been getting kind of long and ratty at the ends lately, making me want to do something to change it up. So, i have been obsessively looking for new styling ideas lately. Here are some of my favorites so far:

Ombre hair! I love love LOVE this look.

This hair color. Don't remember where I found it...

Sherri Dupree Bemis of Eisley. She has had every hair color imaginable and always has flawless bangs.

Oh, how I love braids. Source unknown.

And fishtail braids.

And french braids (which I finally learned how to do!) Again, can't remember the source.

So while I would love to dye my hair as in the first few pictures or get a cool new cut, I am a chicken. So, I will attempt the last few styles until I grow some and decide to make the big change someday. What's your current hair obsession?

P.S. I have reached chipmunk cheek stage. Gross. Just a few more days of eating mush and I can be alive again.

    All these looks are fab, I wore my hair in those braids in high school when I had a talented friend and loads of hair!

    Since cutting my hair in 6th grade, I have thought of myself as fundamentally a short hair girl. I think I am going to grow it out this fall specifically for the purpose of french braids and fishtail braids! Also, if you are thinking of dying it, you should consider henna, because it doesn't damage the hair so much so you can dye it all the time!

    Some lovely styles there! I've ever-so-slightly ombre-d my hair but I need to go over it again soon to make it stand out more. Has definitely made me feel better :)

    I love your hair obsession photos! Tieka's hair colour always amazed me, and the purple colour is just magical, like a mermaid!
    The kitten-accessory is my favourite though. :)

    When I came back from being abroad, I dyed my hair blonde. Now the 'roots' are growing out, but I'm still happy. It's the strangest thing though, I have strawberry blonde hair naturally and it looks like I have black roots! It's crazy.

    I am also crazy about that ombred look!! And long braids! it's a bummer my hair still isn't long enough for those braids though.
